Newark’s Finest teamed up with the members of the fine community outreach services of The International Youth Organization -IYO-for a block cleanup on Thursday in the city’s West Ward. According to officials, School Resource Officer Robert Moore, hosted the Neighborhood Cleanup at 15th Avenue and South 18th Street with Community Service Officer B.
